Admission is about calling, alignment, readiness, and safety.
The assessment fee supports a thoughtful educational discernment and admission service. It is separate from employment and helps both the applicant and MCI consider fit with honesty, prayer, and care.
- 1. Readiness assessmentFaith journey and testimony, vision alignment, biblical educational philosophy, spiritual-gifts reflection, safeguarding scenarios, and digital literacy.
- 2. References and conversationTwo independent character references and a welcoming live virtual conversation about character, humility, experience, boundaries, and fit.
- 3. Conditional welcomeAppropriate criminal-record screening, an eligible vulnerable-sector check where legally available for the proposed role, shared policies, and the signed and dated Sentinel Requirements and Continuing Commitment Agreement.
- 4. Unfolding beginsExperienced or emerging pathway, twelve Waypoints, supportive assessments, practicum, and four annual Sentinel Waypoint Gatherings™.
