Masterpiece Compass Institute™ is rooted in the Christian faith and welcomes children and families from every background. You do not need to belong to a church or identify as Christian to participate.
We provide a respectful, question-friendly community where children can develop critical thinking, receive individualized support, explore identity and purpose, and encounter the biblical foundation that guides our work.

No church membership or prior faith commitment is required. Families receive a clear explanation of the Christian elements before enrolling.

Children may wonder, ask, examine, and respectfully disagree. They are never required to pretend belief or hide their family’s perspective.

Barbara has carried the vision behind Masterpiece Compass Institute™ since 2009. Drawing from years of tutoring, ministry, mentoring, and whole-person support, she created MCI to bring together what families are too often left to navigate separately.
Her work begins with a simple conviction: slow down long enough to see the masterpiece, listen deeply enough to understand the design, and steward each child’s unfolding with wisdom.
